TERM OF SERVICES

✦ GENERAL⬩ I reserve the right to showcase completed works on my social media and portfolio for self-promotion. All public posts will include a watermark for protection. (If you’d prefer I wait before posting or keep it private for a certain period, just let me know!)
⬩ If you require the work to remain strictly confidential (no portfolio or social media display ever), a 1.5x fee will be applied to the total price.
⬩ II reserve the right to decline any commission request if the subject matter feels outside my expertise, doesn't align with my artistic style, or makes me feel uncomfortable. If I'm unable to take on your project for these or any personal reasons, I’ll be sure to let you know upfront!
⬩ I value a respectful and positive working environment. Any form of rudeness, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Let's keep our collaboration respectful and fun!
⬩ Adding more characters to a single piece will incur an additional charge of 70% of the base price per character.
⬩ To ensure the best result, please provide clear and complete visual references for your characters before we begin.
⬩ I balance my schedule between commissions and personal creative time. If you see me posting personal art, don't worry—I'm just recharging my batteries! I promise to stay on track with your project. ( ˘ ³˘)♥

RULES AND PAYMENT

✦ USE⬩ I do not accept any projects involving NFTs or AI training/generation. Using my work for these purposes is strictly prohibited.
⬩ All commissions are for personal use only (e.g., social media icons, personal prints). You may not use the artwork for merchandise or any profit-making activities without purchasing a monetized license or commercial license.
⬩ Monetized content (Cover Art or Donation streams) a fee of +50% of the total price will be applied.
⬩ For commercial needs (Shop, Merch, Novel or Reselling), a fee of +100% of the total price will be applied.
⬩ I only keep a backup of the final files for 2 weeks after delivery. Please make sure to download and save your copies promptly for your own records!✦ PAYMENT⬩ I currently accept payments via Arbum, Vgen, and Thai Banking.
⬩ Full payment is required within 3–7 days after I confirm and accept your order.
⬩ If you're on a tight budget, don't be shy! Feel free to talk to me—we can always discuss adjusting the scale or detail of the work to better fit your price range.✦ REFUNDS⬩ Please note that refunds are not available once the work has started. (Your support goes directly toward feeding my cat and keeping the lights on—we both appreciate it very much! 🐱💸)

WORKING PROCESS

✦ WORKING PROCESS⬩ Once I receive your request, I’ll send a confirmation via Email/Messenger/DM with a price summary and payment details.
⬩ Work officially begins once full payment has been received.
⬩ I will keep you in the loop at every stage:
- Sketching: Initial layout and pose.
- Clean-up: Refined lines (No major revisions will be accepted once the lineart is finalized and confirmed)
- Color Sketch: Setting the mood and tone. Please let me know now if you want any color adjustments!
Final Rendering: The finishing touches. (No further changes can be made at this stage.)
⬩ Delivery: After the final check, you’ll receive an email with the completed JPG and PSD (Merged layers) files.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY⬩ The process will take 2 week - 2 months/work depending on the details of your order unless something comes up irl in which case i will contact you and keep you updated.
